Full Time Job
Providing support to our Client Services team, this role will be the first point of contact for all enquiries coming into the department. The successful candidate will collate and disseminate information within the department and to Productions and tenants.
The Daily
• Acting as the first point of contact for the Client Services team and dealing with all incoming queries from internal and external parties
• Assisting with the distribution of site information to all relevant parties onsite in an accurate and timely manner
• Welcome visitors to the department and direct them as appropriate
• Assist with coordinating and conducting visits, events and tours to the Studios.
• Filing and maintaining records for Client Services and Operations
• Ensuring that mail is dispatched in time for daily collections, and the sorting and distribution of incoming post
• Supporting the Operations and Marketing teams with any ad-hoc requests
• Monitoring of stationery and merchandise supplies and ordering as required
The Essentials
• Proven administrative and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of filing both hard and soft copy records and information in an effective manner for fast and efficient retrieval
• Must have computer knowledge with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and own workload using a common-sense approach
• Cope under extreme pressure from clients and colleagues, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative and be prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary
The Nice to Haves
• Previous experience of working within a fast based production environment is desirable.
• Experience of using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
