PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To assist the supervision of theatrical operations of Warner Bros. films in Asia and support the ED Operations by managing the licensee markets of Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Maldives
Distribution & Operations
• Maintain schedule of release dates, censorship screening dates, censorship ratings, and any required cuts, and assist in seeking approval from Home Office for release dates and censorship screening dates
• Assist in matters pertaining to Technical Operations/Logistics for licensee markets including managing the ordering of screeners, DCPs, and trailers and IMAX ordering
• Assist in weekend box office data collection as well as box office estimate management for licensee markets
• Maintain licensee/licensor distribution agreements database
Finance & Administration Support
• Maintain, distribute, collate and summarize licensee forecasting & budgeting templates and consolidate for Regional management reporting
• Prepare draft forecast presentations for senior management as well as other ad hoc executive management reports/presentations
• Monitor title-by-title licensee financial reporting and follow up on status of licensee payments
• Assist in maintenance of pan-Asian Territory Information updates, distribution lists, competitor operational structures, licensee distribution fees and Covid-19 restriction updates
• Review Asia affiliate organizational charts for accuracy and completeness and notify executives of any notable changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Computer literacy: MS suite of products (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), database experience
• Strong English communication skills (foreign language ability a plus)
• Strong ability in mathematics, analytical-minded, and self-disciplined
• Finance background a plus
• Work experience (2-5 years) a plus
• Interest in entertainment/film industry a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
