Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution Inc. seeks an Administrator, Sales Planning for the DTVD Cable Sales Panning & Inv. department. The Administrator of Sales Planning works closely with the WM Content Licensing group from deal start to close. Creates curated client availability lists. Works in close partnership with Tech Ops to ensure all materials information is accurate and output contract dates are reflected accordingly (including creating and distributing materials delivery schedules). Maintains database of materials information received from Tech Ops. Serves as main point of contact with Cosmos team and EFS, including performing minor updates to deals in Updoc at request of EFS. Reconciles deals interfaced from Cosmos to Updoc, and troubleshoots any issues related to the deal interface with Cosmos team and EFS. Responsible for inputting and maintaining client proposals in Updoc. Works closely with Updoc team to test and approve system enhancements. Performs monthly review of rights changes for films in IPM and updates in Updoc as needed.
The Daily
• Creates curated client availability lists
• Works directly Tech Ops to ensure all materials information is accurate and delivery occurs on appropriate schedule
• Serves as main point of contact with Cosmos team and EFS, including updating deals in Updoc and reconciling deals interfaced from Cosmos
• Inputs and maintains client proposals in Updoc
• Works with Updoc team to test and approve system enhancements
• Performs monthly review of film rights changes and updates Updoc
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
The Essentials
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2–3 years' in the Entertainment Industry.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook required.
• Strong Knowledge of Film and Television Series required.
• Knowledge and Understanding of Television Distribution Methods, Services and Networks required.
• Understanding of Access Data-Base preferred.
• Understanding of SAP and/or related enterprise software
• Basic Knowledge of Rights and Clearances Preferred (Underlying Rights vs Music Restrictions)
• Must be able to effectively meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to pay close attention to details.
• Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
• Must be able to be a team player.
