What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a FCRA Intern - Fall 2019 for the FCRA Residuals & Royalty Reporting department. The Financial Contract Reporting and Administration (FCRA) department handles contractual reporting to various entities including talent and co-production companies on all Warner Bros. film, television, home entertainment, games, and new media libraries using the latest in enterprise technology and software. The DC & Music Royalties team within FCRA is responsible for issuing royalties to DC Character Creators as well as talent that perform services on DC Comic Books. In addition, the team is also responsible for issuing royalties to Artists, Producers, Composers and Publishers for Soundtracks released by WaterTower Music.
This internship is designed to enhance the student's education by providing broad exposure to entertainment industry financial contract reporting and administration. This intern may have the opportunity to:
• Assist team in streamlining current manual reporting processes by automating statements and performing various data clean-up activities.
• Learn and support building new review tools and processes using Tableau.
• Assist with supporting Robotics and other automation initiatives.
• Support various stakeholder management processes.
• Attend training sessions as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned to enhance the work experience.
What do we require from you?
• Current enrollment in undergraduate degree program with accredited university.
• Relevant college coursework in the areas of Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Expert / Advanced level Excel.
• Working knowledge in data analytics tools (Tableau preferred).
• Working knowledge of databases and master data.
• Time management skills to manage multiple tasks required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management.
• Interest in Music and DC Comics is preferred.
