What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Recruitment Coordinator for the Warner Bros. Talent Acquisition department. This position provides general recruitment support to assigned Talent Acquisition team. Opens job files, prepares related paperwork, and updates recruitment reports. Schedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. Tracks applicant status in Brass Ring system, audits, maintains, and generates reports. Reviews and processes employment applications, background and reference checks. Generates offer letter and processes new hire paperwork. May also assist with sourcing and screening applicants.
• Provides administrative support to Manager, Talent Acquisition including but not limited to:
• Responds to general inquiries and routes calls as appropriate.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews with recruitment and hiring managers.
• Assists with scheduling in-person or telephone interviews, conference calls, videoconferencing, etc. as needed.
• Prepares offer letters and distributes new hire packets.
• Prepares expense reports and submits them to corporate for processing.
• Tracks unsolicited resumes and executive referrals.
• Greets candidates, clients and visitors; assists with the arrangement of parking, meals, lodging and transportation as needed.
• Arranges travel and hotel accommodations candidates as needed.
• Initiates background checks.
• Conducts Reference checks.
• Close job files in BrassRing.
• Record team's recruitment costs on a quarterly basis.
• Generate and track recruitment evaluations on a monthly basis.
• Assists with the onboarding of employees and interns.
• Audits, maintains and generates reports including team's recruitment report, time to fill, and other executive reports as needed.
• Research, source and screen entry level, temporary and internship applicants using Brass Ring and job boards. Schedules and coordinates interviews with recruitment and hiring managers. Communicates applicant status to recruitment and hiring managers.
• Assists Recruitment team with sourcing, scheduling, and special projects as required.
What do we require from you?
• BA degree preferred.
• One year previous recruitment experience highly preferred.
• Relevant Human Resources experience desirable.
• Proficiency using BrassRing or other web based resume/data tracking system required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment practices, regulations, and standards highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgments consistent in line with job duties and consistent with company policy and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels in person or on the telephone.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm.
• Must be able to set-up files, maintenance and filing procedures.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic math, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of report and letter formats.
• Strong phone presence.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints and handle tasks simultaneously.
• Must be efficient, punctual, confident, honest, ethical; must possess highest level of integrity.
• Must be a team player, have positive working attitude, flexible, professional and dependable.
