What part will you play?
We are seeking a Manager to join our Organization Development team. Reporting to the Senior OD Manager, you will be responsible for executing on the OD strategy for various corporate client groups and for working in partnership with the HR Business Partners to positively change culture and address OD needs. Client groups will look to you to suggest and develop new ways to drive organizational effectiveness. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the Senior Manager of OD, HR team and business unit leaders to identify needs and solutions to critical leadership and organizational development issues.
• Develop strong working relationships with HR generalists and business unit leadership to design and implement solutions to critical organization development issues. Approach issues with a strong project management methodology.
• Work with business unit leaders and HR teams to build high performing teams. Facilitate team development and leadership interventions.
• Support organizational change management efforts. Utilize change management processes and tools to drive effective, sustained change for assigned business units.
• Support the development of a studio-wide learning culture, including facilitation of various learning workshops.
• Be part of the efforts to understand and develop culture initiatives.
• Help leaders and businesses identify, grow and retain key talent across WB.
• Be part of a fluid, dynamic OD team to ensure consistency in strategy and delivery across client groups.
What do we require from you?
• Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in communication, organizational development, psychology, business administration, education, or related area preferred.
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills.
• Proven self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused through ambiguity.
• Proven experience providing coaching and development for management-level executives.
• Working knowledge of organizational development, instructional design and talent management methodologies, principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and highest quality using all available resources.
• Exceptional group facilitation skills.
