We are looking for a Senior HRBP – Human Resources Business Partner - to join our HR team and work closely with our principal clients.
The business partner is fully dedicated to internal clients, their needs and their duties. The HRBP helps to develop and implement better people management practices. She/he takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team
The value added of the HRBP is in deep knowledge of the internal clients, key employees and business processes.
The HRBP is a member of the management team of the internal client (embedded HR resource).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit. Provide guidelines and professional HR advice (employee and manager champion).
• Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients, determines Human Resources priorities consistent with business objectives.
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side.
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management (change agent).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• HR experience required. At least 8 years work experience in a multinational company.
• Good knowledge of labor laws/ regulations.
• Able to work in a demanding and ever changing environment.
• Confident and assertive.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to think outside of the box. Able to apply common sense and logic to problems rather than relying on strict procedure.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.
• Must be service-oriented.
• Must be able to work independently.
