HRIS Analyst (Fixed Term - 18 Months)
What part will you play?
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an HRIS Analyst for the HR Services HRIS department. The HRIS Analyst, reporting to the Manager, HRIS, supports the HRIS department with respect to administration and ongoing updates of the HR-related systems for all of Warner Bros. US and international based employees and legal entities. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HR and Payroll related systems, ensuring proper configuration, updating master data, performing high volume data loads, performing data audits, training end users, and supporting any other system changes. More specifically, this Analyst will:
• Maintain the position management function within Workday including, but not limited to:
• Ensuring that WB Global Position Management Policy is enforced.
• Maintaining one-to-one relationship between position and incumbent.
• Ensuring that all positions are classified accordingly.
• Analyzing, researching, and correcting any discrepancies.
• Run and distribute headcount related reporting.
• Maintaining back-up documentation for all new positions.
• Run reports and maintain the library of historical reports
• Manage access to payroll detail reporting.
• Run various governmental reports for EEO, VETS, and diversity reports.
• Provide system support for Workday and other HR related systems
• Add new cost centers, business units, companies, and other master data.
• Create supervisory orgs and matrix orgs.
• Create job profiles.
• Create/update Workday EIBs for mass data changes.
• Load EIBs for new hires and other adhoc requests.
• Perform reconciliation audits of data in HR related systems.
• Provide system support for BrassRing
• Add new users.
• Add new cost centers, business units, companies, and other master data.
• Run standard and adhoc reports out of Business Objects.
• Develop new reports for end users.
• Liaise between Time Warner and WB Talent Acquisition for any issues.
• Test any enhancements in the system.
• Send out recruitment survey emails.
• Gather data for processing of employee referral payments.
• Provide support for other ancillary systems.
• Salary Justification Portal – add new users and troubleshoot issues.
• HRDC – respond to inquiries and research discrepancies.
What do we require from you?
• Bachelor's degree in a HR related field, or equivalent combination of work experience
• 3 years related experience in HRIS, HR or Payroll
• Experience working with IBM Kenexa BrassRing, Workday (or other ERP systems), and enterprise HR and payroll systems
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook; Microsoft Access (preferred)
• Knowledge of HR practices and report development
• Experience working in a shared services environment (strongly preferred)
• Experience with a large multi-business unit organization (a plus)
• Excellent communication (oral and written), customer service, organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
