What part will you play?
As part of the Warner Bros. Human Resources organization, this HR Administrator will provide support to the WBTV Production HR team.
More specifically, the HR Administrator will:
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend Seyfarth and Preventing Discrimination Harassment & Retaliation (PDHR) trainings for all scripted and unscripted television series productions.
• Provide general administrative support to two Directors of HR (scheduling, rolling calls, etc.).
• Handle ID badge administration (issues IDs, reactivations, extensions, deactivations/deletions, verifies requests for approval signatures, manages ID inbox, orders supplies, etc.).
• Assist with employee relations administration (i.e. intake, notes, file set-up, tracking, researching and scheduling, etc.).
• Manage administration of internship program (i.e. budget verification, tracking, performance check-in and exit interviews).
• Handle temp labor administration for all divisions (i.e. obtaining and verifying approvals, tracking, liaison with temp agency, ensuring CWC is completed, reviewing and submitting extension requests, etc.).
• Update and distribute monthly organization charts.
• Conduct exit interviews and other off-boarding protocols.
What do we require from you?
• A college degree, preferably in a related field or a high school diploma in combination with relevant professional experience.
• A sincere interest in a career path within Human Resources with previous HR or HR internship experience preferred.
• At least a year of experience handling administrative responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook with bonus points going to those who are experienced with PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use these skills to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals on all levels.
• Willingness to be flexible and willingness to work overtime if/when required.
