Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks a Digital Media Servicing Intern-Fall 2018 for the Worldwide Television Marketing Digital Media Marketing department. We want someone who's excited about watching great TV and movies. If you're also excited about the technology and data that make it possible, spend your Fall as Digital Media Servicing Intern with Warner Bros. Worldwide TV Marketing. You will publish media and metadata that shape the way our titles are described, presented and discovered on internal and external platforms around the world. In the digital world, design is about discovery and metadata is marketing. You may:
• Publish video, metadata and images to websites and apps and perform quality checks.
• Acquire, research, prepare and present data analysis.
• Collaborate on custom client video tutorials.
• Assist in SVOD deliveries and streamlining of workflows.
• Perform other job-related duties or projects as assigned.
What do we require from you?
• Currently enrolled, in good academic standing, at an accredited college or university.
• Majoring in digital media, software engineering, or media marketing (preferred).
• Experience publishing for the web.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS.
• Experience with professional video editing systems and codecs.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and image formats.
• Basic understanding of how web sites and applications work.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analytics.
• Able to quickly learn a variety of online tools and systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a global, multilingual business environment.
• Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel.
• Professional mannerism.
