Coordinator, Employee Communication & Engagement (Project)

Our fast-paced Employee Communication & Engagement team strives to drive a best-in-industry employee experience with communication strategies and programming that connect, activate and empower employees to make an impact at WB, while driving engagement and knowledge around the Studio's business and culture.
We are currently searching for a coordinator. This individual will provide support to the VP, Employee Communication & Engagement, as well as support key tasks and projects in support of the ECE team and function.
The right candidate will be super-organized, proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, able to manage many conflicting tasks and deadlines, a confident communicator, a team player and a natural collaborator. This individual will be willing to roll up their sleeves and share ideas and will have the opportunity to make real contributions to the efforts that drive culture, engagement and inclusion.
• Administrative support to the VP, Employee Communication & Engagement (scheduling, messages, phones, etc.)
• Administrative tasks in support of the larger ECE team and projects (supply ordering, processing financials, drive-on requests, meeting planning/support, managing vendors, etc.)
• Creation of various reports, tracking documents, planning documents, recaps, calendars and other materials as needed.
• Support of ''all hands on deck'' efforts such as poster distribution, staffing events, etc.
• Support content creation/publishing on Behind the Shield, email and other channels as needed.
• Manage general email boxes for ECE team, working with team members as needed for responses.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorms and collaborative efforts as needed.
• Complete other tasks and responsibilities as needed/appropriate; sometimes outside of regular work hours.
What do we require from you?
• 1-2 years administrative/professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Prefer B.A. degree in related field (communication, journalism, business administration, marketing, etc.)
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• A willingness to learn, contribute roll up your sleeves, pivot, flex and contribute.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues of all levels.
• A proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple, often competing priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to take on projects/duties and own the process from start to finish.
• Unwavering responsibility with sensitive and often confidential information.
• Ability to communicate concisely and accurately with excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to use a computer with a high degree of proficiency (MS Office suite a must).
• Knowledge of graphic design (i.e. Photoshop) and video editing software a plus.
• Knowledge of Wordpress a plus.
• Developing project planning, project management skills and can prove capability in this area rather than experience.
• Experience with budget tracking a plus.
