Most recently, Alloy produced Good Girls Get High, which premiered this fall at the LA Film Festival and received the audience award at the Santa Fe Film Festival. . Everything, Everything (Warner Bros./MGM), was released last year and grossed more than $60 million worldwide. In addition, the company is developing a dozen films, including Taking Flight (MGM), Thirteen Little Blue Envelopes (New Line), Work It (STX), Midnighters (Warner Bros.), Frankly In Love (Paramount Players), Survive the Night (Warner Bros.), and the third Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants feature.
Alloy entertainment is currently seeking interns for the winter and spring semesters. We are looking for students who are eager to learn the processes of film and television development and have passion for storytelling about the lives and experiences of young adults. Interns will need to be diligent, knowledgeable of current events in culture and in the industry, possess time management skills, an understanding of storytelling and a unique perspective. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Read and write coverage for incoming book and script submissions.
• Work closely with assistants to update submission logs and development reports with comments/notes for coverage.
• research projects on various film and television targets.
• Compile reports on up and coming talent.
• Participate in development pitches and group discussions.
