Responsibilities:
The Business Operations Intern is a subject matter expert and escalation point for all client/cast related questions for the Ticket Services team. This position also completes triage, research, testing and resolution for challenges related to bulk ticket orders, including but not limited to media assignment, claiming, shipping and fulfillment. This role also assists clients, partners and cast members with My Disney Experience (MDX) linking challenges. This position is responsible for follow up emails and calls to ensure issues are addressed and closed in a timely manner. This person collaborates and partners with key teams (Sales, DRC Ticket Services, Avengers, Ticket Fulfillment, Business and Cast Comps) to ensure client and cast challenges are communicated effectively and resolved in a timely manner. This position manages pending items for tickets opened with IT and also maintains Ticket Services Team metrics.

• Aptitude and willingness to learn new systems, software applications and tool

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Ticketing and Ticketing systems (ATS or Galaxy)
• Familiarity with Sharepoint
• Familiarity with My Disney Experience, CastApp, VINCent?
• Fluency in a second language: Spanish, Haitian-Creole, Mandarin preferred
Required Education
Currently earning a college/university degree as a junior or senior (up to 6 months after graduation) majoring in Business, Industrial Engineering, Communications or similar major.
Additional Information:
Internship Eligibility:
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must provide full work availability
• Must provide own transportation to/from work
• Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)

Feel free to get creative with resolving the Guests concerns, but keep in mind the writing samples should reflect your knowledge of the company and maintaining the Disney Brand. • Guest spent one week visiting the Walt Disney World Resort
• Guest stayed on property and experienced challenges during stay with housekeeping and technical issues with their MagicBands
• Guest visited Disney's Hollywood Studios and had a FastPass selection for Fantasmic! which was cancelled due to inclement weather.
• Guest went to Epcot and had a poor dining experience at one of the Full Service Restaurants.
• Guest is very disappointed and looking for resolution regarding their concerns.
