The Coordinator will assist the Supervisors with various day to day administrative tasks. He/She will take direction from each of the Supervisors as it relates to their individual projects. The Coordinator must be able to follow through effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn on the job are crucial. The Coordinator will work closely with the Supervisors to ensure trailers are finished and localized on time to meet various deadlines including Global Debuts and Theatrical Attachment Strategies. He/She will also work with other departments at the Studio, including Title Graphics, DMC and Projection as it pertains to Trailer production and final QC.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit invoices for PCOE processing, ensuring that all codes are properly identified
• Submit orders to external vendors for Trailer, TV spot and Creative Content spotting scripts
• Maintain and update editors' schedules in Farmers Wife software.
• Prepare email orders/instructions for Trailer Debuts plus DCP, HD Masters and Dub Mat uploads
• Schedule Mixes and Screenings on and off-Lot
• Support the department with other administrative duties including but not limited to expense reports, ordering supplies and scheduling drivers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Possess general knowledge of the motion picture post-production process
Preferred Education
• College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in Media, Cinema, or Post Production.
