20th Century Studios is seeking a Supervisor - reporting to the Manager, Creative Affairs - Story.
This is an OPEIU position covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Notice of Tentative Writing Credits and WGA arbitrations for all film projects for all divisions.
• Create inventory lists and secure all writing materials for projects on completion of production.
• Primary contact for the Story Department with creative, legal, and production for questions or requests involving project's Inventory and writing credits.
• Update Story Department database. Coordinate with IT team.
• Create credit pages for writing steps on all received drafts.
• Handle all requests for scripts or drafts of material for the Story Department for both internal and external use.
• Complete and update weekly reports to WGA of writers on active film projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• Have working knowledge of script formats, production drafts, and WGA formats for title/credit pages and scripts.
• Have a working knowledge of Final Draft, Excel, MSWord, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently.
