Job Summary:

As part of the Program Management team, the Project Administrator will support process improvement projects on behalf of the Studio Operations group.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain internal databases
• Keep managers updated on project boards
• Manage data in spreadsheets and metrics reports
• Update Standard Operating Procedures and Process maps
• Maintain a filing system for data on software/applications, internal partners and external partners
• Create tasks for managers on Kanban boards
• Help schedule stakeholder meetings to move projects forward
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
• Organize and store company documents as needed
• Handle queries from managers and employees
• Coordinate onboarding of employees to new systems and processes
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism
• Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Confluence and/or Microsoft Project preferred
• Proven ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous Project Management, Post Production and/or executive assistant experience, preferred
Required Education
• Associate's Degree in Generic Arts & Sciences, Project Management, Motion Pictures, Library Sciences, Communications, or a Related Field
This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
