Learning & Development Coordinator (PH)
Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Coordinator will collaborate with the Studio Learning Team and internal stakeholders to plan and execute learning programs across the Studio. They will provide logistics and administrative oversight for learning programs and initiatives. This role will report to the Director, Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Director, Learning and Development.
• Support the implementation of learning experiences by partnering with Studio Learning team to organize virtual and in-person programs
• Provide logistical support which may include activities such as: participant scheduling, communications and tracking, identifying facilitators and course material production and distribution
• Assist facilitators in sessions by moderating virtual learning experiences and manage virtual platform technologies for positive participant experience (e.g. Zoom attendance, breakout rooms, chat/polls, sharing presentation, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Maintain the operations of Studio Orientation with a focus on continual improvement and partner with L&D Specialist to deliver monthly offerings (virtual and/or in-person)
• Drive process improvement across L&D team related programs
• Schedule, support, and track all stakeholders involved in learning experiences including facilitators, speakers, L&D partners and send through communication/calendaring accordingly
• Provide Learning Management Systems (D Learn) support by scheduling courses, tracking enrollment, preparing class rosters, giving credit for attendance and running report as needed
