Searchlight Pictures is looking for a Creative Services Coordinator who will report to the Manager, Print & Digital Production.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures all marketing materials are delivered and trafficked including but not limited to:
• One Sheet Production
• Outdoor
• Digital Banners
• Social – Trafficking all digital content including digital a/v, graphics, and social covers to internal and external partners
• Responsible for Searchlight's Asset Hub, making sure all the latest materials are uploaded and properly labeled by our agencies.
• Manages delivery of film materials to internal and external partners including scripts, features, unit photography, graphics, etc.
• Works closely with internal Searchlight Departments (Media, Publicity, Cinema Partnerships) to ensure they have all the materials they need.
• Assists in the creation of production calendars and timelines to ensure all materials are delivered on time.
• Oversees updating and maintaining print and digital budget.
• Prepare documents and materials for internal meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Entertainment (preferably at marketing or post production agencies)
• Must be an excellent communicator; comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally
• Able to multi-task and pivot priorities under strict deadlines.
• Must be highly adaptable and proactive - a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Working Knowledge of the deliverables and specs for static and video files.
• Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop.
• Working Knowledge of Final Cut, Premiere, etc preferred but not required
• Proficient in Word/Excel
