Job Summary:
This position is responsible for a variety of global projects, policies and processes that enables a positive Cast/Employee experience for the complimentary admission (i.e. Main Entrance Passes, Complimentary Tickets, etc.), discounts and perquisites offered from Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) to TWDC Employees globally. Associated projects are large in scale, high profile, and requires working with multiple stakeholders, system owners and executives. -
Responsibilities:
• Manage direct reports to ensure the sustainment of comp admission, discounts and perquisites including eligibility files, researching system discrepancies, documentation of policy and implementation of Employee offers.
• Lead multiple high profile global projects to help support business initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders and system owners (e.g. HRIS, Ticketing etc.) to ensure efficient, accurate, and automated processes.
• Gain appropriate approvals for policies, processes, and offers from multiple Executives and stakeholders (e.g. legal, Employee Relations, Tax, Pricing, etc.).
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in SAP
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Natural desire to be inquisitive to understand data, policy and system functionality
• Understanding of how TWDC is organized around the globe (e.g. segments, work statuses, employee classifications, personnel areas, leader hierarchy, etc.)
• Previous project management experience
• Solid critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated strong partnering and influencing skills
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including Executives
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Highly developed Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency and experience managing multiple projects and varying priorities at the same time
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of other systems (e.g. REX, Galaxy, ATS ,Lenel, VeriCast)
• Working knowledge of Workday

• Bachelor's degree
