Labor Relations Assistant (Part Time)
Job Summary:

This is a casual-regular position, slated to work approximately 16 – 24 hours varying between 2 – 3 days each week, with occasional opportunities to work additional hours based on departmental needs. Candidates should be available to work during standard business hours, Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for a variety of administrative support functions including, but not limited to; in person office support, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, archiving, wide-ranging computer tasks, research, and gathering relevant sensitive information and records from multiple systems to assist Labor Relations Managers.
Professional ability to consistently deliver exceptional guest service when interacting with Cast Members, Union personnel and team members in a fast-paced environment is critical. Multi-tasking, efficiently prioritizing work scope, proficient computer skills and a strong knowledge of SharePoint is necessary to be effective in this role. Work schedule is dictated based on departmental business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Work well under pressure and manage fluctuating priorities
• Ability to multitask and be flexible when unexpected issues arise by effectively handling changing situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume of meetings and conference room logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in website design using WordPress
• Previous administrative or office management experience
Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree
