Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
A ''day in the life'' will encompass managing new hire operations, business integrator for onboarding pipeline, managing internal cast transfers, recruitment administration, analyzing business metrics, and leading in a complex operating system with multiple functional partners. Representing the WDW Recruitment Business working collectively as a Domestic Recruitment Platform, supporting the needs of all lines of business. Active role to support New Property Openings, Job Fairs and/or special projects.
- The Casting Operations Support Manager will apply knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and company policy in day-to-day decisions that not only ensure a positive candidate experience, but also uphold our service standards. This role may have domestic and site responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years Leadership experience
• Critical thinking, strong problem solving and confidence in decision-making
• Strong relationships and influencing skills
• Strong operations, service orientation and partnering skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, while promoting innovation and change
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and build high performing teams
• Financial acumen and developing business metrics
• Ability to lead multi-faceted work efforts in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications:
• WDW Operations leadership experience
• Knowledge and experience of General Recruitment functions
• Knowledge and experience of the Human Resources Line of Business
• Project management skills and experience
• Experience partnering with multiple divisions or project leading cross-functional teams
• Proven knowledge of unions, contract language and/or contract negotiations
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Recruitment Sourcing and Key Metrics
• Proven proficiency in SAP, Kenexa Technology systems and/or virtual/mobile tools
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
