Part Time Job
Cast Activities Program Manager (Part Time)
Develop, manage and deliver engaging Cast events and programming for the Cast Activities, Recognition and Experience team.
Responsibilities
• Execute upon a variety of programs, priorities and initiatives with keen attention to detail, while ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are properly managed.
• Optimize current offerings to ensure they are relevant and engaging across a variety of audiences.
• Influence and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to deliver flawless events and programming
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated planning, project management and organizational skills
• Proven experience with event planning
• Solid critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated strong partnering and influencing skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Highly developed Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Exemplary leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency and experience managing multiple projects and varying priorities at the same time
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
• Fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole and/or Vietnamese
Required Education
• Two year college degree

• Bachelor degree
