We have new opportunity for a HR Associate join our Global HR Operations Team.
The role is offered on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract based in our Disney Store Distribution Centre Office, in Lutterworth.
The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the organisation.
The HR Associate provides enquiry services support to all levels of employees across the region for Global HR Operations work, processes, and policies.
As these roles are supporting our colleagues across EMEA, our preference is for candidates with fluency in a second European language.
Responsibilities
HR Enquiries and Transactions
• Respond to a large volume of HR enquiries
• Utilise HR knowledge management tools to provide accurate information to employees across the region
• Respond and utilise case tool to document the details of employee queries
• Research and resolve employee issues in alignment with local and regional legislation
• Conduct routine HR transactions s following the standard operating guidelines
Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees
• Recognise and escalate customer issues by reviewing individual case history as appropriate
Problem Identification
• Identify opportunities in queries raised by employees
• Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognizing increase in certain call or request types
Basic Qualifications
• HR Knowledge
• Fluency in a second European Language
• Previous work experience in an Operations / call centre environment
• Previous Disney experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills as well as telephone and email etiquette skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritize/handle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Ability to understand case notes in order to provide excellent customer service and to identify/escalate other issues or root causes
• Self motivated to take initiative and ownership on issues and identify when escalation is needed
• Ability to identify patterns that could indicate systemic issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities
• Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment
• Demonstrated strong ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to change in a positive, productive manner
• Ability to demonstrate awareness of and acknowledgement of market differences, including cultural differences and legislative differences
