VKNG is boutique production company located in the heart of San Antonio, TX. We are currently searching for intelligent, motivated, enthusiastic individuals to be part to our team.
This is not simply a sales position, you are the resident expert for your clients. You will uncover their needs, propose effective solutions, and carry out best practices.
You are not alone in the venture. We will provide you with all the tools and support you need to not only succeed, but thrive. VNKG's CEO, as well as other key members, will maintain routine contact. We will frequently brainstorm and constantly strive to make each day better than the last.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate new sales via online, phone, and face to face communications.
Strategize, promote, and develop marketing campaigns.
Attend networking events.
Maintain relationships with VKNG's current clients.
Manage lead lists, rate sheets, personnel rolodexes, outlines, and any other evolving documents.
Collaborate with VKNG's CEO and other key team members.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications and Skills
First and foremost, the applicant must possess ''drive''. If you are not self-motivated, please do not apply.
Experience with Advertising or Production industries preferred, but not totally necessary.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization is a MUST.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Maintain positive attitude and a general enthusiasm.
This job is currently 100% commission based. That could change within the next 6 months.
