Viewpoint is looking for a dedicated and eager candidate to be the assistant to a Partner at Viewpoint. Viewpoint is an established, boutique public relations firm in Beverly Hills representing A List actors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in public relations, strong written and verbal communication skills, extremely organized, able to prioritize and problem solve, calm under pressure, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality, and able to handle responsibilities in a fast paced, and often times stressful, environment. Job duties include but are not limited to: Coordinating details for client press events (events, appearances, photo shoots, television and/or film press requirements, etc.); managing direct correspondence with talent, talent representation, studio executives, press, bookers, designers, studio and network publicists; maintaining all client press schedules (booking travel and transportation, coordinating with hair, makeup and stylists, scheduling interviews and meetings, etc.); managing an extremely high volume of calls/emails and maintaining calendar for publicist; create press kits and track media coverage; providing coverage at awards shows, interviews, premieres, press junkets and all other press events; handling administrative duties relating to the partner's desk; etc.
