Casual Role (25 hours per week)/Sydney based
What you'll do as a Social Media Producer:
Working closely within Network 10's sports production team in Sydney (and around Australia), the Social Media Producer (for football) will be responsible for reaching out and engaging with football fans in really creative and innovative ways on social media platforms.
You have the ability to efficiently & quickly clip up key match content and distribution across various social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat), and across other owned and operated assets as required. ?
You'll Initiate and source extra content including interviews and behind the scenes footage through working with the industry bodies (APL, Football Australia), as well as internal teams on content initiatives and to request assets as required. ?
Hours will include weekends/nights, in line with the football schedule.
What are we looking for in a Social Media Producer? What's essential??
• 1 years experience in sports TV broadcast coverage
• Passion &knowledge of association football in Australia
• 2 years experience running social media for corporate brands
• Video editing/production for digital platforms
• Skills in social media platform content distribution, digital video software, other digital content development (graphic design/Adobe etc.)
Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:?
• Communications/Journalism education background
