The Manager Uitilies will oversee the following projects accross the CBS Radford production lot:
Construction:
· Assist with planning and development of new construction projects.
· Create floorplans in AutoCad
· Manage TI projects
Safety:
· Coordination of quarterly toolbox meetings for union personnel.
· Interface with clients throughout tenant improvement process to ensure their continued satisfaction.
Recycling:
· Monitor Studio's solid waste recycling program to ensure optimum efficiency.
· Work with Studio union personnel to introduce new tenants to Studio's recycling program.
Special Projects:
· Coordinate miscellaneous special projects as directed by the VP, Facilities Operations.
Computerized Maintenance Management System:
· Input data and maintain system
Renewable Energy Installations:
· Manage studio renewable energy installations.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair of hydrogen fuel cell installation with owner.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair of rooftop solar power installation with owner.
Environmental:
· Coordinate Studio's landfill diversion operation to ensure compliance with City of Los Angeles RecycLA program.
· Manage Studio's paint waste disposal operation to ensure compliance with Federal EPA requirements.
· Oversee Studio's renewable energy programs (solar power and fuel cells).
Qualifications:
· BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent working experience in a related environment.
· PMP certification is preferred.
· Minimum five years working experience in a related environment.
· Knowledge of utility system technologies.
· Knowledge of installation, operation and maintenance of basic plant utility systems.
· Knowledge of federal, state and local codes and regulations.
· In-depth knowledge of utility contracts.
· Strong PC skills in a local area network environment with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
· Ability to prepare budgets, forecast expenses, control job costs.
· Strong interpersonal skills - heavy client contact and interaction with Studio operating departments.
· Strong AutoCad skills.
