Are you an energetic, fun, dynamic and strategic seasoned Recruiter and People Manager? If so, come join our recruiting team as Director, Talent Acquisition within our Corporate Recruiting Team. This Senior role leads a tight-knit group of 2-3 recruiting professionals while also being responsible for DEI-focused full-life cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles. Your ability to build strong internal and external business relationships, as well as cultivate and strengthen relationships with talent in a rapidly changing and evolving environment is critical to achieving success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, energize, and drive recruitment efforts to deliver results for our Business & Legal Affairs and Human Resources client groups.
• Make near-term plans and distribute requisitions for your respective team
• Direct, develop and mentor a recruitment team of 2-3 by sharing techniques, approaches, strategies and staying current with recruitment trends across industries.
• Provide a high touch level of service and serve as a DEI-centric talent advisor.
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment and develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent. Develop recruitment initiatives, services, and solutions that align with the strategic direction of the organization.
• A strong focus on the candidate and client experiences is a must.
• Collaborate with key HR professionals and business leaders, and develop relationships with client groups to fully understand their objectives. Provide service with a consultative orientation and attention to detail.
• Establish relationships with key internal/external partners to assure that our outreach is expansive and our talent pipelines are rich and diverse.
Basic Qualifications:
• 10 years of recruitment experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience managing and developing recruitment talent.
• Previous recruitment experience in corporate areas including Business & Legal Affairs (BALA) and Human Resources
• Expertise in sourcing, recruiting and placing talent from a multi-source pipeline including internal employees, targeted sourcing, networking, and direct sourcing.
• DEI focus and experience creating diverse and inclusive slates of candidates.
• Seasoned experience in full lifecycle recruitment, including thorough pre-qualification screening, interviewing and closing professional-level candidates across multiple levels and subject areas.
• Solid knowledge of legal issues and requirements of employee labor laws, ensuring the organization develops appropriate policies and implements systems that are legally compliant.
• Team-spirited and collegial approach to partnering with clients and colleagues in both optimal and challenging scenarios.
