• Must have a solid grasp of upstream and downstream system integrations and the content data model to assist with troubleshooting and data cleanup efforts

• Identify content workflow pain points and partner with relevant teams across the organization to optimize these workflows
• Create training documentation and presentations to break down complex processes into easily consumable material tailored to specific audiences
• Clear and concise communication, especially with stakeholder management
• Proven track-record of multi-tasking and overseeing numerous projects of various sizes, while managing client expectations
Required Qualifications
• 8 years of experience in operations and media asset management, managing large-scale projects with a demonstrated track record of successful execution
• Experience working in media asset management at media company, preferably managing content in multiple languages
• Ability to adjust working hours to accommodate meetings in other time zones – particularly Europe.
• Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Prior people management as this role may soon have direct reports
