Paramount , the streaming service from ViacomCBS, has an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join the Media Strategy team! We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead our Acquisitions and Media Management team. This person will help lead and scale this group to meet our growing needs in these areas as well as identify efficiencies in our process and tools. In this role, the Coordinator will assist with a variety of marketing projects and administrative tasks including: building presentation, managing documents, capturing screenshots, and scheduling meetings with key partners. The ideal candidate will bring collaboration, communication, creativity, and efficiency to all operational elements of the marketing process!
Responsibilities:
• Working in cross-functional teams to strategize and execute awareness campaigns across online and offline marketing channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display, TV, Audio, Outdoor, and more.
• Partnering with internal and external media teams to plan and optimize spend across digital media channels and other initiatives, ensuring that marketing goals are met
• Analyzing the results of media tests to inform recommendations for future optimizations across paid channels (variables include offers, copy, targeting and segmentation, and creative messaging, etc.)
• Reviewing reporting of campaigns to continuously make optimizations and improve strategies for future initiatives
• Advocating for data lead decision making that uses information from multiple data sources such first-party tech stacks and third-party partner resources
• Exploring new channels and partners on an ongoing basis for potential marketing opportunities
Key Projects:
• Working closely with, and supporting, the team, including maintaining key documents with current information
• Assist in preparing all necessary research for building strategies/campaigns for upcoming and current series
• Create and design campaign summary and recap presentations to be shared with partners
• Build knowledge of the media landscape by reviewing monthly reporting and analyzing data
• Project manage campaigns from development to execution to ensure timely and precise campaign launches
• Maintain trackers to inform internal shareholders of campaign flighting across partners and ad products
• Organize and update meeting notes, handle follow-ups, coordinate asset requests and deliveries
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years experience in social, digital media, or related marketing, business, or analytics field
Additional Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of G Suite
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships
• Ability multi-task and adapt to a challenging fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong interest in entertainment content, sports, and live events
• Interest in the media industry
• Prior internship experience at an ad agency, digital subscription service, and/or e-commerce
