Summary
We are looking for a Coordinator to join the Global Content Operations team! In this role, you will be supporting the Global Content Services with key areas like Media Content Operations and Distribution and Language Operations. This includes all operational needs for content registration, sourcing, processing, and delivery to various internal and external end points.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business, brands and production teams to facilitate the ordering, tracking and distribution required localization of content, including subtitling, dubbing and access services
• Ingest, register, quality check and grade all ingested content including its metadata before it is delivered on linear or non-linear platforms
• Tracks TX, needed by and launch dates for all linear and non-linear platforms through network grids and internal tracking/scheduling systems for processing, billing and delivery.
• Communicate status of content delivery to partners as needed
• Raise any network related problems on or off air as appropriate
• Provides operational support to team/department projects as required by the supervisor, including updating SOPs
• Assist business and brand teams with creation, maintenance and packaging of all scheduling components, video files and ancillary files for linear and various platforms
• Assists the business and brand teams with requests for new or missing assets from external departments and regional contacts
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise through all stages of content preparation, asset creation and deliver
• Assisting with special projects as needed to support internal departments, affiliates, linear and digital initiative - ?????
Basic Qualifications
• 1 years of related experience preferred
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge of or ability to learn related media operations equipment
• Excellent customer service skills; both in communication and follow up
• Work Experience in Digital Media or Broadcast Media industry
• Familiarity with VIACOM Media Networks programming.
• Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment.
• Experience in project or (post) production management
• Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to be guided and work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor operational problems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis.
• Flexible work hours schedule
