Air Control Supervisor
Job Description
• Supervises and ensures implementation of Day-of-Air changes received from CMD, CND, CSD, Promotion Department, Captioning for CBS and CW Television Networks.
• Check IBMS Presentation schedules that control all Network on air switching.
• Assist Broadcast Manager in coordination of operations activity during special broadcast situations i.e. CBS News Special Reports, Sports run-over and programming changes.
• Identifies and corrects potential problems affecting air.
• Coordinates facilities/personnel in response to Day-of-Air changes
• Finalize and transmit daily CW primetime and Kids broadcast lineup to Nielsen to enable rating measurement.
• Acts for Broadcast Manager in his/her absence!
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
