Full Time Job
This position supports is responsible for the complete coordination and reconciliation of all accounts receivable related tasks supporting Media Sales.
Essential Responsibilities
§ Manage accounts receivable-related tasks
§ Oversee monthly billing, billing revisions, credit memos, rebates and cash application
§ Input electronic journal entries in Oracle and perform all necessary reconciliations
§ Research and resolve customer support inquiries
§ Liaison between agencies and sales team
§ Prepare monthly reports (Cognos)
§ Manage other ad-hoc requests
Decision Making / Accountability
§ Receive guidance and direction by Department Head
§ Interaction with all levels of personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• • Strong Excel skills required; experience with automated systems (e.g. Oracle, Cognos) a plus
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills/ team oriented
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• • Positive Attitude
