Overview
We are looking for a confident and collaborative HR Operations leader to help us deliver our vision of creating an inclusive, data led, continuously innovating and improving, agile HR team.
As skilled influencer, both internally and externally, this vital role will need to develop strong collaborative relationships across the business and proactively identify and lead the delivery of HR Change Projects; Leading innovation, process improvement, operating efficiency through the HR Ops team; and inclusively developing a first-class employee experience through collaboration with our employee resource groups, line managers and the wider HR team.
Responsibilities:
• Project lead the implementation of Success Factors system in the UK. Working with the International HR and Tech teams to engage and deliver through the local HR team, this role is responsible for leading all aspects of this project to a timely and successful delivery this system.
• Drive and embed HR transformation, proactively identifying ways for the function to work smarter, driving process simplification, standardisation, self-service and tech optimisation.
• Create an HR Analytics strategy using data and metrics to deliver forward planning insight and ensure all D&I reporting is accurate with a particular focus upon OFCOM reporting, Gender Pay and BAME pay
• Deliver a new Freelancer management process, ensuring IR35 compliance Fieldglass and MSP system delivery, hiring manager engagement, governance and reporting control and communication and training whilst delivering a seamless on-boarding is seamless.
• Be an active member of the UK HR Leadership team and manage the HR Ops and Shared Service Team in the UK
• Maintain compliance around GDPR, Employment Visa, reference checking and HR recordkeeping and ensure HR communications are accurate, up to date and in our desired tone of voice
• Drive transformation through creating efficiencies, driving improvement and enabling automation across HR in the UK to enhance productivity and minimize potential errors
• Work alongside VCNI HR Ops to ensure HR Systems and supporting tools are equipped to support, add value and enhance the HR team's contribution to the business
• Day to day management of headcount reporting, cost control and HR budgets for the SVP HR whilst acting as a functional point person for Finance.
• Continually review our policies, practices and agreements to ensure that they remain in line with legislation and best practice
• Work alongside the HRBPs to define and manage implementation of transformation plans and ensure all projects are scoped with clear and achievable outcomes, timelines and budgets and are delivered accordingly
• Help to create the greatest possible workplace experience for employees and embed the Viacom values and foster a culture of inclusion.
What skills do you need
• Strong Agile Project Management Practitioner with experience of successfully managing and delivering multiple complex projects
• Proven ability to develop influential relationships with senior stakeholders and build strong collaboration between multiple teams
• Business experience of leading change management in Diversity & Inclusion strategies
• Experience defining success metrics and delivering on key metric targets with a drive for results
• Has an executive presence with the confidence to interpret information and present and influence senior Global leaders effectively
