Senior Manager - QC, Product Liaison and Support Requests
Viacom is seeking a full-time senior manager for the QC, Product Liaison & Support Requests team. You will handle all design and feature updates to existing sites and apps, and works closely with multiple teams to launch brands on new platforms. You will also supervise daily QA/QC to ensure accurate availability of content and flawless playback of all products. You will lead a small team located in NYC and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise QC/Product/Support team within Multiplatform Production
• Handle all feature and design updates across all platforms (desktop, mobile, iOS, Android, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Alexa, Google Home), and keep various internal departments informed on timing and detail
• You handle all app store screenshots, descriptions, FAQs, etc., for app updates
• Program all test content for upcoming product launches, live streams and events
• Work closely with Product teams to request/implement features, bug fixes and designs on behalf of Production, Brands and user needs
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Submit, follow and track all site and app errors and bugs (i.e. feed and player issues)
• Handle sunsetting/evergreening of old products
• Run documentation of QA processes, staging environments, app availability and how-to
• You can work with Tech on monitoring status of feeds, servers and internal tools
• Liaise between Customer Service and internal teams to resolve and respond user-initiated issues
Basic Qualifications
• You have 3 years of digital production experience
• You've developed a team for 2 years or more
• You can be flexible in order to assist with night, weekend and holiday hours coverage as needed

• Self-managing and able to function effectively within a team
• You can operate efficiently while under daily deadline pressure
• Proven ability to solve problems and work independently
