Job Title: Personal Assistant
Department: Digital Media Group and Elephant House Studios
Reporting To: VP Commercial, Digital & Operations
Location: Hawley Crescent
Contract: 6 months FTC
Purpose of the role:
We are currently seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the VP - Commercial, Digital & Operations, General Manager – Elephant House Studios, VP – Digital Lead Free & Pay, and Creative Director. The PA will be responsible for providing administrative support, proactive management of their schedules, travel arrangements, management of all expenses, organising meetings, overseeing team administration, organising team events and offsite meetings etc.
Key Accountabilities:
• Work closely with all 4 reports to provide administrative & organisational support
• Setting up and management of filing systems & processes
• Diary management, coordination and scheduling of meetings
• Making travel arrangements
• Inbox management and fielding telephone calls
• Minute taking
• Administrative support including expenses, stationary orders and IT requests
• Organisation of offsite meetings, events and conferences
• Help collate reports when required for the VPs and their teams
• Team assistance; diary co-ordination, office administration, event organisation
• Support with day-to-day tasks & involvement in ad hoc project work when required
• Liaison within all areas of Channel 5 including Programming, Marketing, IT, BALA and Finance
Experience & Knowledge:
• Experience in a similar role within the media environment
• Experience working with multiple Senior Manager’s
• Knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
• Proactive approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
• Experience of working in a fast paced organisation

• An excellent time keeper who is experienced at managing complex diaries and working to tight deadlines
