Overview
Reporting to the Digital Innovation Director, the Digital Account Manager will be to be part of the international Sales team whose role is to achieve its sales goals and generate revenue for the business across Viacom’s social, digital and OTT platforms. Our YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snap and TikTok Channels are handled and sold centrally. The standard format advertising campaigns, we work with clients and agencies to build branded partnerships, demonstrating our IP and social talent that are activated and amplified across all social platforms.
Based in London, you will work closely with the Social and Programmatic Lead and Innovation.
Key areas:
Account Management – working with the Sales Planning and Digital Ad Operations teams to assist in the day to day running of accounts. This may include dealing with client requests information, crafting/managing/monitoring media plans, assisting in the creation of sales proposals and post campaign analysis documents.
New Business - creativity, proactivity and enthusiasm are the core components, and we actively encourage building on our existing client base with new business. Agency, client or broadcast sales experience and contacts are welcome.
Social Network Channel Management – The commercialisation and partner sales of Viacom’s
Social channels are handled centrally. You will support the Innovation Director to maintain the relationships of social platforms, communicating new sales tools and opportunities with the wider Partnerships teams to improve revenue potential.
We believe successes and rewards are made as a team and the Digital Account Manager will work collaboratively with the broader International Partnerships team to ensure we achieve those successes.

• Assisting the Programmatic Lead and Innovation Director on the day to day management.
• and servicing of client activity across the portfolio on an international level, ensuring up to date and accurate forecasts.
• Build media plans, develop sales proposals and collate insight data for pre/post campaign analysis.
• Build on existing partner sales relationship with social platforms and share new sales and platform developments with the wider team.
• Maintain existing client base and seek new business initiatives in partnership with the wider sales team.
• Network outside the company with the aim of developing relationships with key contacts/agencies in order to help grow international ad sales revenues.
• Working with the Client Services team and sales planners to account lead brand partnership campaigns.
• Account Planner to ensure all campaigns are run accurately and efficient.
• Maintain excellent internal relationships with all departments within the Viacom Velocity International team and wider Viacom network.
• Remain abreast of all developments within the International Media sector and proactively.
• Share ideas to the team for any new revenue opportunities across the ViacomCBS portfolio of channels.
What skills do you need:
• Sales or Agency Experience preferred
• Media Literacy in digital trading methodologies, calculations and audience selling benchmarks.
• Shown ability in management of major accounts.
• International business experience – ability to adapt & work across different cultures.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation
• Excellent presentation skills – written and spoken
• Computer and Internet literate – specifically power point and excel.
• Attention to detail
• Team focus and phenomenal teammate.
• Background or existing contact in International media agencies advantageous.
