Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months
Start Date: 11th June 2018
Salary: £19,890 per annum
Do you want to work in a fast-paced television production environment? Are you an excellent people person with first class problem solving skills?
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Channel 5 in-house production arm, Elephant House Studios, to help us achieve our very ambitious goals. As Creative Production Intern, you will work as a runner on Production and assist the team with administrative and practical tasks, ranging from sourcing catering/props and assisting on shoots to research, data logging and other tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Providing administrative support to productions
• Workomg on location, in the studio and on shoots providing support to the production teams
• Logging rushes and footage
• Researching for productions, including fact checking and finding stories
• Using excel to update spreadsheets and provide basic archive support
• Acting as a runner for guests and presenting talent, organising food and beverages and ensuring everyone is on set
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organisational skillsAn interest in television production
• Customer service experience
• A technical interest in cameras
• Good attention to detail
• An excellent team player
