Full Time Job
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of a senior-level executive. This position has frequent contact with high-level industry executives, industry organizations, and government officials. The Executive Assistant will interface regularly with the EVP’s direct reports, their assistants and other senior executives.
• Maintains EVP’s calendar, including meeting planning and preparation
• Screens and prioritizes mail
• Maintains follow-up file to proactively advise EVP of upcoming internal and external events, activities appointments, meetings, and deadlines
• Responds to inquiries and resolves issues not requiring EVP's attention
• Places outgoing calls on behalf of EVP
• Maintains formal log of incoming telephone calls
• Prepares all travel arrangements
• Maintains a complete filing system
• Processes expense reports and invoices
• Assists in preparing presentations, as necessary
• Composes and types routine correspondence
• Additional ad hoc requests, as needed.
Basic Qualifications
• 7 years executive administrative experience in a high level corporate environment
• Exemplary computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Proven ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment; ability to remain even-keeled and unflappable.
• Superior customer service orientation is critical.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive issues or information

• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal and professional demeanor, which represent that of an EVP
• Proven ability to successfully interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
