We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing International Franchise Management team in London. As Brand Manager you will support the Director Franchise Management Intl working across some of the biggest kids and adult brands including: SpongeBob Square Pants, Paw Patrol, Shimmer & Shine and MTV.
We’re looking for someone to join the team and hit the ground running supporting region business teams, local market partners and agents with the strategic implementation of brand plans internationally. Delivering integrated brand launches and maximising promotional opportunities to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty across all brand experiences.
You will be a competent brand ambassador with the ability to effectively build relationships both face to face and remotely, with strong interpersonal skills. As Brand Manager you will be key to building and fostering relations with our central and regional teams across Consumer Products, Content Dist/Sales, Channel Marketing, Digital/Social and in house Creative teams.
Other key responsibilities include;
• Collaborate with Franchise, Regional business and Category teams to devise integrated brand launch plans that inspire stakeholders and partners around key launches and events – inc. media mix (as required)
• Monitor strategies, brand health and local activity. Working with the Franchise group and regional teams to share best practice and learnings
• Create new sales marketing materials including presentations, one-sheets, sizzles, quarterly newsletters and any other materials necessary
• Have a thorough knowledge of key trends, brands and competitors performance in market
• Day to day brand management of all properties within EMEA. Creatively approving all brand licensee and retailer communications, working closely with in-house creative team. Ensuring all communications, products, experiences are true to the brands
• Prior line management experience with the ability to effectively co-manage junior members of the team (Brand Coordinator and Intern) and monitor workloads while contributing towards an inspiring work environment and culture
Key Skills include;
• Proven commercial experience in a brand or marketing management position
• Marketing experience on a pan-region level and managing brands across multiple territories
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadline and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment essential
• Proactive approach to people management, with experience of managing team members
• Experience managing and controlling budget
