The Associate Producer’s main focus is supporting our network team, contributing on shows and projects across all digital platforms. The Associate Producer must be comfortable working collaboratively within different production teams and departments.
Support network producers handle production-related tasks shows & AwesomenessTV's social platforms, including:
• Assist with equipment issues
• Advise on story pitches
• Advise on title/thumbnail for YouTube, the Associate Producer will be responsible for working with the producers on metadata for all types of shows
• Work with Social Team to refine programming and social strategy from week-to-week
• Develop and produce shows (both with a team, and on your own)
• Assist marketing team as needed
• Schedule and manage a variety of digital content across various social platforms
Basic Qualifications
• 1 years managing content across desktop, tablet, social, and mobile media
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or, equivalent work experience
• Strong background in entertainment, community management, engagement and growth
• Fluent in pop culture, especially passionate about the influencer & celebrity spaces
• Proven ability to multitask more than one project at a time, sometimes with tight deadlines
• Strong familiarity with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
• Ability to think up new formats and uncover new talent for our audience to enjoy
