Location: Camden Town
Reports to: Director, Client Services, MTS Technology Operations.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the MTS Asset and Inventory Management tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present recommendations to management that streamline administration process.
• Apply a proactive approach to Compliance policies and procedures, and the MTS Asset and Inventory Management tools.
• Manage and maintain asset database
• Manage MTS stockroom including assets, peripherals
• Deployment of assets and Purchase Orders received (peripherals, hardware etc.)
• Manage and maintain the Viacom hardware management process for starters and leavers
• Manage and maintain the London mobile phone deployment and its database
• Assist with the Viacom WEEE disposal process and the asset disposal register
• Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and with internal functions across departments such as Desktop Support, Finance, etc.
• Contact vendors in order to schedule and expedite deliveries, resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
• Support Viacom’s shared services, i.e. Nickelodeon UK, Comedy Central UK, and Channel 5; with ability to expand to additional divisions.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Proven administration experience within an Information Technology support role.
• Experience with SAP and ARIBA, running reports, e.g., good receipting, invoice queries and additional reporting where applicable
• Experience of “Service Now” asset management
• Previous experience of stock control management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Delivers on commitments with a clear service delivery attitude to all internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of corporate procedures and a general understanding of IT technologies and services
