Full Time Job
The New Business Analyst will support the New Business team as we work across multiple networks and divisions to develop and pitch new partnership opportunities to advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the New Business sales team in prospecting, researching, pitching and breaking new business via the following:
• Disseminate relevant account news (i.e. daily trade, press, brand promotions, earnings reports, annual reports, industry events, conferences, competitive tracking, etc.)
• Identify new leads and maintain prospecting pipeline through competitive research, trendspotting and review of daily trade
• Prepare client prep documents including client overview, spending, key people to know, notable partnerships, press and marketplace creative analysis
• Participate in internal brainstorm sessions including disseminating meeting notes, filling out RFPs, following up with team on next steps
• Provide administrative support (travel, expenses, meeting prep, catering, calendar management) for the NY based team
• Assist SSEs and VPs in the creation of pitch presentations that effectively communicate the partnership opportunities to prospective clients including pulling research, identifying creative approaches to slides and formatting
• Maintain event lists (i.e. Upfront, etc), participate in light event planning and proactively maintain client outreach when appropriate (i.e., client gifts for births, weddings, engagements, etc.)
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of brand marketing, advertising, agency or digital media experience preferred
Additional Qualifications
• Highly skilled in PowerPoint development (able to build slides and story line)
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize actions, deadlines, and anticipate solutions
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, written & presentation skills
• Interest in strategic, partnership-oriented sales and business development
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Fluent in Excel
