Full Time Job
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the administrative duties and general support of two Awesomeness Executives: VP of Programming and the VP of Marketing.
• Manage & prioritize demanding calendars for both the VP of Programming and the VP of Marketing
• Responsible for excellence in meeting & event preparation including:
• Coordinate with an array of senior level executives and assistants
• Video Conference set-up
• Provide appropriate documents
• Establish & maintain relationships with all internal and external contacts
• Coordinate materials for presentations, including decks and media files (assets)
• Execute and process T&E reports for both the VP of Programming and the VP of Marketing
Anticipate questions and use all rescources to gather necessary information
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degreee, preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Passionate about YA content – Scripted & Unscripted
Additional Qualifications
• Problem solver and abililty to trouble shoot
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment
• Proactive, self starter
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to manage a large number of tasks concurrently
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible
