Viacom’s Advanced Advertising Product Development Department is looking for an analyst to support critical functions surrounding platforms and partners. You’ll get to join high level and tactical meetings in support of positioning and operationalizing aspects of complex and innovative advertising and marketing products. If you’re passionate about existing and emerging social and communication platforms, take your platform knowledge pro with Viacom’s key brands and events – MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and more.
The Advanced Advertising Partner Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of new Viacom partner product offerings as well as supporting the ongoing analysis and iteration of existing products.
• Support new and ongoing go to market and partnership product roll outs, trainings, and updates across sales organization
• Create and calibrate product revenue models in collaboration with internal and external partner teams
• Maintain partner product revenue and reconciliation within business intelligence reporting systems in partnership with BI, P&I, and sales
• Interact with and support internal stakeholders to gather and address requests, features, or development questions for partner products across Viacom
• Investigate potential partnerships and/or product opportunities in support of Product Team projects
• Produce essential reports/analyses, making recommendations to be used as guidance in future product decision making
Basic Qualifications
• Experience or internship with an advertising agency, digital publisher, or platform
• Knowledge of media metrics/math and measurement methodologies
• Experience with digital measurement systems (Omniture, comScore, @Plan, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Additional Qualifications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
• Related college degree
