Talent Agency Assistant

Venture IAB, Inc. (Venture IAB), a talent and packaging agency in Universal City, is looking for a front desk assistant.

Must be motivated, quick-thinking, and able to multi-task. Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are critical.

Must have proficiency in google products, light invoicing, phones and basic office tasks.
