How we LEAD:
As the Workday Solution Consultant, Manager People Systems, you will have a unique opportunity in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. UMG's People Systems team is looking for a talented professional who can be a key partner for the Talent Acquisition team in elevating our recruiting and hire-to-retire processes - helping the company make more informed, data-driven decisions about our strategy and programs.
How you'll CREATE:
This position will wear many hats, but the responsibilities are in 3 core areas:
Systems
• Key TA point of contact for implementation and ongoing maintenance of Workday Recruit (ATS)
• Drive improvement in our process by analyzing data to see where there are gaps, researching competitive ways to improve, and conducting periodic audits of processes to ensure they are working correctly
• Understand dependencies across Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll and Benefits) and integrations with other systems
• Develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that consider future business needs
• Troubleshooting for all systems and tools used across recruiting team
• Continuously researches new capability areas within Workday, work with functional SMEs to vet against current business gaps and how the gaps can be remediated
• Architect solutions including configuration, security, testing and implementation of new features and functionalities, managing cross-functional impact.
• Develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs.

Data
• Act as an SME for recruitment reporting and analytics tools
• Work with our exciting tools to ensure we are gathering the right data points, to report accurately and suggest improvements to be more efficient and effective
• Build and maintain critical reports, dashboards, and other stakeholder-facing information, portals, and resources
• Analyze & update recruiting metrics and dashboards to help us drive actionable insights
• Maintain data integrity across all recruiting data and systems
• Provide up-to-date analysis on current trends in the business
• Participate in the creation of presentations to showcase metrics which are presented to the UMG Board and Leadership Teams
Processes and Policies
• Use data to help drive operational excellence – recruiting process optimization and standardization while balancing the need for flexibility and appropriate customization
• Work cross-functionally, across the Talent Acquisition and People System teams, to gather requirements and share your analysis
• Develop a deep knowledge of the ATS downstream/upstream systems; advise on best practices for optimizing the use of these systems to increase the collection of accurate data points
• Manage and optimize the requisition request process
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to document and maintain critical TA processes
• Manage & audit our recruiting tools and systems and ensure they are being used effectively
Bring your VIBE:
• 5 years working in Workday Talent Acquisition Systems & Operations or supporting Talent Acquisition solutions
• 2 years configuration and support experience with Workday Recruiting, HCM, and Reporting with at least one of the following: Absence, Time Tracking, or Security
• Experience managing global/cross-functional recruitment projects and programs
• Experience working with data, deriving insights, and communicating to ensure audience understanding
• Knowledge and experience of recruitment technology including automation and/or integration to wider TA tools
• Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues, and trends in the HR solutions area covering hire-to-retire business capabilities
• Must have strong consulting skills to effectively capture stakeholders' needs and be able to translate needs into system functionality.
• Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize decisions and tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must exhibit a strong process management and business orientation skills
• Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
• Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity
• S. in Computer Science, Engineering, HR-related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
