Supply Chain Assistant (4 Month Temp)
Description
Job title: Supply Chain Assistant (4 Month Temp)
Responsible to: Supply Chain Director
Department: Supply Chain - Bravado
Location of work: 4 Pancras Square, Kings Cross
The A Side: A Day in The Life
In this role you will assist and support the supply chain process and administration from the product set up, order placement, through to delivery of the product. You will need to be highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at any given time.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Organised
• Raising purchase orders
• Raising sales orders
• Ensuring packing lists and delivery notes are received in a timely manner from all suppliers
• Recording packing lists on the D2C tracker and in Navision
• Collating management requests / write off list for approval
• Using Monday board to help keep on top of tracking numbers and packing lists
• Help with approvals admin: adding new concepts to Google Docs
• Creating products on OPM system
• Helping to chase in samples & photos
• Keeping on top of samples & packages in & out of the office, & tidying the store cupboard
• Learning new Aprimo system for approvals
• Providing admin support to the team at short notice as new projects come in
Be Collaborative
• Helping with invoicing
• Helping with any finance queries
• Helping to raise pick orders in vamware for marketing/promo
• Assisting to manage sandbag tracker – to ensure orders / samples are kept on top of
• Monitoring approvals & feeding back to the team – need to be accurate & methodical, so nothing is missed
• Getting involved with pop up stores. General adhoc help as required
Person Specification
Necessary
• Good excel knowledge
• Great attention to detail
Desirable
• Navision experience
