Job title: Studio Bookings Co-ordinator
Responsible to: Studios Manager
Department: Studios
Location of work: Abbey Road Studios
Main Purpose of Role
The Studio Bookings Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the bookings diary and workflow of the Studios services. The SBC will support the day to day management of Studios, co-ordinating each booking for clients as required, liaising with Managers and staff regarding services, availability and deadlines as necessary to ensure deadline are met and services delivered.

E ssential
• An intrinsic interest and passion for film & music, its history and cultural relevance.
• Experience in managing a range of different teams and resources, and an enthusiastic communicator who enjoys relationships with people of all levels.
• Strong commercial capabilities, negotiating skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Have a strong understanding of commercial objectives, budgets and financial management .
• Excellent organisation skills. Comfortable with managing detailed processes across multiple concurrent bookings.
• Understanding of post-production mixing processes and requirements.
• Proven successful planning and organisational abilities, managing multiple diaries / time zones.
• Excellent front of house/ interpersonal skills to make clients welcome and feel at ease.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build both internal and external relationships understanding the position /requirements of both staff & clients.
• Previous administrative experience within a busy working environment.
• The ability to be self-motivated and prioritise successfully.
• An enthusiastic pro-active and flexible approach.
D esirable
• Previous experience of working within music, a studio or post production house.
• Experience working with International clients.
• Good understanding of Abbey Road's history and heritage and services.
