Universal Music Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager to oversee a team of Recruiters and partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment . Job Functions:
• Lead , develop , and mentor a team of R ecruiters
• Support Head of T alent Acquisition with strategic recruitment initiatives
• Create and build pipelines in support of the business
• Provide full life cycle recruiting services to various music labels and business functions
• Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Strategize with hiring managers on a comprehensive recruitment strategy for open positions
• Knowledgeable about the job market, trends, hot jobs and can speak/advise and consult with leaders in planning their workforce needs
• Actively identify and assess passive talent
• Can stay organized while developing a team, managing multiple requisitions, multiple hiring managers, volume of candidates, and need to develop and maintain strong relationships

• Ability to manage, mentor and develop a team of recruiters at various levels

• Possesses confidence, strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders in the entertainment industry

• Self-motivated; acts on priorities
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Jobvite preferred
• Acts as a partner to HR organization
• Must be able to travel between locations as needed

Experience:
• 8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing a team of 2 or more TA staff
• Proficient with PC/Mac, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
• BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
